Job Responsibilities
• Coordination with Educational Institutions to plan how to provide quality education and skill training to the children parallel with formal education.
• Community awareness planning for their rights, development, motivation, Training, Safety & Security and capacity building.
• Planning to launch Market oriented skill trainings to the local community.
• Coordination with various Govt./Semi Govt. & Private Departments/Organization, NGO, INGO, Donors & Community Organizations.
• Planning to conduct seminars, walks, shows, debates competition etc among local community organizations/institutions for community awareness.
• Conducting different awareness lectures/workshops on various topics for community Safety & Security, development and awareness i.e Advocacy, Right to Information, Child Rights, Child Protection etc.
• Planning to study the behavior and psychological effects of the community during disaster either it man made or natural.
• Conducting Disaster Management Skill Trainings.

a. A Project titled “Child Wellbeing through infrastructure Development” funded by World Vision International Pakistan construction of two additional class rooms at Govt. Elementary Middle School Bangash Colony Pirwadhai Rawalpindi. The responsibility of proposal writing, report writing and management of the project has been taken over; the project was amounting 2.8 millions including community shares of 20%. (2014)
b. As Evaluator/Monitoring officer a survey has been conducted for US-Aid under Read Foundation & SSD at 13 UCs of District Poonch AJ&K to monitor & measure the quality and progress of SMCs established in Govt. Educational Institutions. Amounting 1.0 Million (2012)
c. WASH Base line survey was conducted for Plan Pakistan under NATPOW Pakistan in three Districts (Peshawar, Mardan & Swabi) responsible as Logistic coordinator & Evaluator. Amounting 1.2 Million (2012).
d. Worked out for DFID under DTCE at District Rawalpindi as a Resource Person/Facilitator. Under this project RANRRA established Local Council Associations on UC bases in District Rawalpindi (more than 150 UCs) project. Amounting 2 millions (2011-13)
e. Election Awareness Campaign at District Chakwal for US Aid with Society for Sustainable Development Islamabad as Team Leader. 0.3 Million (2013)
f. Working as a Consultant for Organization’s Literacy Centres under the title “Umeed Literacy Centre” working for Afghan Refugees at Refugee Camp situated at I-12 Islamabad with the coordination of UNCHR. The aim of this project is to educate/literate the children of those who leave their home land while they were illiterate.
g. Electoral Reforms: worked for DTCE for the USAid Funded Project under CVP in District Islamabad from October 2015 upto date as a District Program Organizer. During this project the following activities has been carried out successfully:

• HR Consultancy & training/evaluation of employees as per requirement for Newness “Literacy Programme” at Fauji Foundation & OPF across the country including AJ&K and Gilgit Baltistan.
• Planning for implementation of Management, Technical, Vocational and IT related short courses at the campuses.
