• Monitors Costs against budget.
• Makes key decisions for manged entity.
• Researches and analyses, market, and competitors to make informed strategy decisions.
• Creates initiatives to take advantages of market opportunities reduce operational threats, forecast business risks and maximises core strengths.
• Maintaining an effective administration System
• Rapidly responding to and resolving and administration problem
• Coordinating office procedure.
• Making sure that information is quick and easy to locate.
• Ordering and maintaining office stationery and equipment.
• Receiving and redirecting telephone calls.
