As a technician worked for maintenance and servicing of MTU 16 V 200 G83 engines.
Assisting to site engine for planning and executing the scheduled maintenance,
updating documents and following up with team. Experienced in Valve setting,
injector and injection replacement and head inspection. Completely replaced 15
engines with overhauled engines and satisfactorily run the engine with proper
alignment. Attending starting trouble, component failure replacement and visual
inspection of engines. Also worked in Cummins engines for 6 months for general
services. More than 10 engines cylinder heads replaced with reconditioned heads.
Also worked other Kanoo project site in the kingdom
Worked as an operator and technician for 2 x 400 kVA standby units
ATS operated power circuit connected to 2 x 400 kVA Gensets. As an
operator responsible for filling oil and diesel tanks, reading the parameters and
comparing with nominal value, reporting engineer for abnormalities. As a technician
worked for engine scheduled services, filter and oil replacement, assisting engineer
task including trouble shooting. Checking electrical connections, circuit continuities,
fluorescent lamps and fuses
