• Review of contractor’s method statements, ITP, Material submittal and Prequalification documents for several construction activities at site.
• Assistant to Senior Engineer for issuance and close out of NCR.
• Regular witness for different material testing in third party Labs
• Review of all material testing reports from third party laboratories
• Regular Daily report writing for all activities and inspection at site
• Supplier’s Prequalification and material submittal review and approval.
• Precast factory daily prodcution, deliveries and materials inspection
• Material inspection for various precast element prior to delivery at site.
• Mix design trial mix witness and Plant inspection.
• Project Quality Plan review and audit
During this period duties and responsibilities include as following:
• Inspection of Asphalt and Concrete Batching Plant
• Asphalt plant and site trail for rolling pattern evaluation for Base and wearing course
• Documentation and record filing
• Regular Daily report writing for all activities and inspection at site
• Assistance to Material Engineer for Asphalt Plant & Concrete Batching Plant audits, factory visits and quality site walks.
Geotechnical investigation for various locations
• Regular witness for different material testing in third party Labs
• Review of all material testing reports from third party laboratories
• Coordination with Senior Material Engineer for Supplier’s Prequalification and material submittal for approval.
• Inspection of all construction Material deliveries on site
• Asphalt pavement distresses analysis at taxiways.
• Asphalt milling and lying operation monitoring
• Inspection of newly constructed PCC hard stands.
• Superpapve Asphalt Mix Design analysis, trials witnessing and evaluation using PG binder for taxiways remediation works.
• HML, Standard signage, marking, drainage and other utilities inspection.
• Factory visits and evaluation for various construction materials.
During this period duties and responsibilities include as following:
• Site inspection for Drainage, Utilities work, compaction, Backfilling etc.
• Review of contractor’s method statements and ITP for several construction activities at site.
• Coordination with Senior Material Engineer for Supplier’s Prequalification and material submittal for approval.
• Inspection of all construction Material deliveries on site
• Assistant to Material Engineer for issuance and closeout of NCRs

During this period duties and responsibilities include as following:
* Contractor’s operation inspection in placement of
concrete pavements, method of handling & placing
concrete to minimize segregation, finishing of concrete,
method of curing, concrete paving operation along with
on-site tests such as air content, slump test and
temperature monitoring and obtaining concrete cubes for
subsequent compressive strength test and durability tests
if required.
* Asphalt pavement inspection, temperature, layer
thickness and compaction according to project
specification.
* Inspection of all kind of material at site, concrete and
asphalt batching plant while ensuring that ingredients
(aggregate, sand, cement, water, bitumen, filler,
admixture) are from approved source, mixing procedure
& calculation and automation features of plan.
Maintaining documents of routine tests and delivery,
witness of material testing and related activities in
contractor’s material testing laboratory.
* Contractor’s erection of steel inspection for correct
placement, field welds, surface preparation and painting
of steel. Inspection in installation of culverts, sewers,
ditches and excavation of trenches to obtain proper
alignment and grade in safe manner.
* Construction inspection assignments may include
inspection of curbing, sidewalk, signs, guide railing,
drainage pavement marking, landscape items, traffic
signals, maintenance, highway lighting, fencing, crack
sealing and joint filling.
