I project manage and supervise a performance based contractor responsible for the operation, maintenance and rehabilitation of the storm water network in Qatar. I work on behalf of the Client ( public works authority) for this role. I project manager both CAPEX and OPEX related projects.

Worked as a project site manager on behalf of the Client WAPDA( water and power development authority ) in the capacity of a Consultant Supervision. The scope of the project was to build a new intake structure and connecting tunnel, Penstock, powerhouse, tailrace culvert and canal and switch yard at Tarbela Dam existing irrigation Tunnel 5. The idea is to make the existing irrigation tunnel dual function I.e irrigation and power generation. My responsibility included site supervision, program and construction management, operation and maintenance of existing irrigation tunnel, management of temporary works management, design coordination, cost control, health, safety and environmental management on site, contract management.

I worked as a site manager for various heavy civil engineering projects in the water industry with the main Contractor. The typical experience included construction management of construction of Tunnels, Shafts, pipelines ( pressurised and non pressurised), outfall structures, pumping stations, storm storage basins, roads and associated drainage.

worked as a site manager to build a 1.2 km long bridge with its associated drainage. Responsibilities included, site construction management, programme and cost control, contract management, health safety and environmental compliance management, temporary works management.

I worked as a sub agent with the main civil Contractor on a scheme related to improving the storm and foul sewer networks. Responsibilities included day to day site construction management, program and cost management, temporary works management, quality assurance and quality control management, health safety and environmental compliance management.

worked as a site civil engineer for a main contractor in the water industry on various projects. projects included construction and rehabilitation of waste water treatment works, pumping stations and its associated mechanical and electrical works. Responsibilities included daily site supervision, quality assurance and quality control, preparation of method statements and Risk assessments, preparation of weekly and monthly look ahead programs for construction activities, health safety and environmental compliance management, design coordination, setting out.

worked as a freelance setting out engineer on various construction projects including construction of pipeline, roads, car parks, buildings etc. Responsibilities also included quality assurance and quality control, health and safety and environmental compliance on site.
