Key Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Direct report to the CEO and responsible 8.50 Billion PKR worth business unit.

PROCUREMENT: • End to End value stream management of planning, purchasing, supplier/vendors management, Packing material & logistics and financial Management (Budget) • Responsible for procurement of fruit and vegetables, Packing Material, Inputs from all relevant resources (Farm Fields, Fresh Market, Import) • Responsible to managed all aspects of Supply Chain from inception of Customer order and internal demand, through final product distribution, with overall responsibility of Procurement, Logistics, Packing Material, Inventory Management, Operations and Production Control. • Planned/unplanned sourcing/procurement of Fruit and Vegetables/Agriculture products Packing Material, Machinery, Infrastructure, Tunnels, Green Houses. • Import & Export of fruits and vegetables to Korea, China, Vietnam, Europe, Japan, Holland, Russia, UAE and Ukraine. • Responsible for Cost reduction in Logistics and optimizing the Warehousing and distribution. • Liaison with the other departments within Organization, Govt department/institutes and with new vendors/suppliers

SLAES: • Sales planning and strategies for local as well as International destinations. • Responsible for Reduction the inventory period and cost through promoting the sales globally. • Analyzed statistical data and reports to ascertain trends in performance, resulting in maximum effective and efficient use of logistical resources • Greatly improved vital internal Inventory Control policies and procedures and Inside Sales/Customer Service methodology and training significantly reducing administrative inefficiencies. • Established Receiving Inspection Dept., Inventory/Cycle Count programs, & warehouse re-layout improving material flow. • Established Sales and Operations Planning meetings to discuss sales forecast, review projects, and make decisions on non-move and obsolete inventory. • Established supply chain partnerships and forward operations centers around the world to increase operational readiness and support worldwide. • Developed S&OP process • Managed the Supply/Planning areas in the transition into SAP.
FARMS OPERATIONS: • Responsible to managed all aspects of Agronomic Supply Chain from Sowing to harvest, Processing, Packing, Logistics and Inventory Management • Responsible for Cost reduction in all operations like Growing, Logistics & Optimizing Warehousing and Distribution. • Nutrient formulation and responsible for Plant Health Management • Direct and manage the farms business capital; plans the strategic direction of all farms • Plant, spray, fertilize, harvest and sell crops; recruit, coordinate and direct farm workers on crop growing and livestock raising • Serving as a subject matter expert and technical consultants in areas of inspection, analysis, examination, and law enforcement activities related to the agricultural/commercial commodities • Determining the admissibility of agriculture commodities to prevent the introduction of harmful Insects, pests, diseases • Preventing introduction of harmful pest, biological threats and animal disease by using scientific knowledge • Implements the production management plan of FFF Farms and ensures management practices that are consistent with organic and sustainable farming to achieve harvest goals for vegetables, herbs and flowers • Implements the propagation schedule, harvest goals, crop selections, rotations & sequencing of plantings, cultivation, pest and disease management, harvesting, and soil fertility objectives of the FFF farms. • Implements the greenhouse propagation schedule for the season to give a head start on the season for the all FFF farms. • Carries out daily and seasonal tasks related to the high intensity aquaponic and hydroponic production systems.
Carries out tasks related to the implementation of Organic Pest and Disease Management

Head of Agri D&P

Develop the farmers according to business needs, process the farming contracts, supervise the cultivation and procure the required target volumes according to given specifications.

Job Responsibility:
1. Promoting and developing the potential farmers for meeting the business requirements.
2. Selecting the credible farmers for contract farming.
3. Processing the agreements and ensuring the effective implementation.
4. Supervising the end to end cultivation process of the contracted crop.
5. Ensuring the procurement of best quality fruits/vegetables at a minimum possible price.
6. Developing the sowing and harvesting plans as per processing requirements/calendar and to ensure the un-interruptible supplies to the factory.
7. Responsible for trust building of farmers as “Business Partner”.

Job Requirements:
1. Enhancing the capacity building of fruits and vegetables growers.
2. Promoting concept of value addition in fresh and processed horticultural products.
3. Information/ dissemination of international compliances on food quality and safety.
4. Promoting technological advantages required for value added exports.
5. Facilitating the farmers for adoption of international standards and certification for compliance with import requirements of major importing countries.
6. Identifying the break through factors for reducing the cost of production of required fruits and vegetables.
7. Promoting and facilitating market and product diversification.

Head Business Development (Supporting)
Contribute to the development and refinement of Company’s vision and strategy.
 Responsible for growing business in the EU countries and in Pakistan. Manage growth of business by soliciting new business through local sales in Pakistani Market as well as develop
cross-channel sales strategies for new export markets.
 Managing both global and regional team’s with an annual budget of more than 5.5 billion for the export of IQF fruits & vegetables and export of fresh fruits & vegetables.
 Support the overall process of management and corporate decision-making to ensure the organization maximizes its short, medium and long-term profitability and shareholder returns.
 Liaise with other executive heads on the implementation of the company’s strategic and operational plans.
 Impact the profitability of the company through ensuring strategic and tactical management decisions and new business development results.
 Negotiation strategy to achieve agreed target trough win-win partnership, deciding marketing investments and plan, developing strategies.
 Negotiated client/vendor contracts; acted as a liaison w/business units to ensure contracts were fully aligned with relevant standards/KPI; established terms/conditions for all contract types.
 Develop and lead the Business Development team in sourcing, managing and implementing new business opportunities.
 Ensure efficient and effective marketing, advertising and promotional planning through the Marketing department.

• Develop, implement and maintain highly efficient quality system pertaining to IFS, HACCP, Halal, BRC, OHSAS, EMS certification and preventative maintenance and oversee their effective implementation;
• Directly responsible to implement and monitor the QA Program in conjunction with all relevant staff;
