• Develop and drive an effective Recruitment Channel Management Strategy for the business ensuring best in class talent for the organization at optimum cost. This includes articulating and implementing an effective strategy for driving performance of the recruitment function through channels like Search firms, Referrals, Social Media, Job boards etc.
• Reduced TTF (Time to Fill) and CPH (Cost per Hire) to the highest possible level
• Talent Acquisition (actively participate in Job Fair at different universities & technical colleges)
• Provide senior management and others with various types of employee reports including attrition, absence, compensation, annual leave, overtime costs and headcount etc.
• Developed and implemented employee manual covering issues including code of conduct, HR policy and procedures and benefits information.
• Introduced company's first formal performance review program, creating a flexible and well-received tool that was later adopted company-wide.
• Revised job descriptions across all levels and 30+ categories. "Shadowed" and interviewed employees to construct an accurate picture of the duties and skills required for each position.
• Look after Compensation & Benefits matters for worker/staff members of the company
• Training & Development of staff/workers across the company, based on TNI/TNA.
• SAP Payroll administration
• Liaising with union representatives in all negotiations such as shift changes, redundancy criteria and other general IR issues;
• Liaise with EOABI & SESSI offices
• Close working relationships with the Executive Managers, Project Managers/Directors in both plants (Karachi; & Dhabeji)
• Maintain procedural documentation, flow charts, checklists and standard forms and advise the Executive Manager HR/Director of any agreed procedure changes
• Administrative work which include Janitorial Service; Canteen; transport management etc.
• Being a QMR, liaise with external auditor (Lloyd’s) for ISO 9001:2008 Audit
• Responsible for SAP (HCM) user training; customization; UAT; rollout etc.

·Prepare short-list/s of candidates for final interview by the client, check references
·Headhunt potential candidates
·Ensures recruitment and interview processes are effective and in compliance with Job Description provided by the clients
·Provide assistance to Director HR in interviewing process locally as well as upcountry
·Advise on remuneration package in the light of market trend to clients
·Maintain personnel Databank
