team) for Package-3 of the NEOM Trojena Project (infrastructure project worth
approx SAR 1.5 billion), I spearhead the commercial and contractual strategy

resolved complex claims in strict alignment with FIDIC and NEOM standards. I

• Lead all contractual and commercial functions for NEOM Trojena Package 3.
• Manage all formal correspondence with NEOM under the Contract and as
per NEOM Procedures.
• Preparation of BOQ for design stages in accordance with CESMM4
principles
• Prepare, substantiate, and negotiate EOT claims, cost claims, prolongation
claims, reworks, and variations.
• Oversee preparation and submission of IPAs, Tax Invoices, and ensuring
timely certification and release of the payments.
• Maintain detailed logs of delay events, risks, and commercial exposures;
prepare executive level commercial reports.
• Coordinate with engineering, planning and construction teams to ensure
contractual alignment.
• Lead procurement operations including vendor selection, subcontract
agreements, RFQs, price comparisons, and NEOM vendor registration.
• Serve as focal contact for all contractual and commercial matters within the
organization, with NEOM and subcontractors.

• Registered the company as 100% foreign investment company and led business development, bidding, and contract negotiations for earthworks
projects.
• Managed commercial strategy, client relations, and corporate affairs of the
company across KSA.
