Leading and overseeing Property Management & Customer Happiness Centre departments focus on increasing the real estate assets value and improve the quality of customer experience towards sustainable customer satisfaction. The role encompasses responsibilities for end-to-end management of residential, commercial & retail properties, residential communities, customer-services, and cross-functional collaboration with the internal departments such as Facility Management, Leasing, Finance, Sales, IT, Marketing, Construction, Design, and others.
Responsible for building sustainable relationships with key decision-makers within the portfolio to negotiate profitable contracts and secure long-term tenant agreements. Coordinate hiring, training, and ongoing professional development of property management and administrative staff. Develop reports, administer budgets, allocate resources, and ensure operational compliance with industry and corporate standards.
Responsible for end-to-end property management functions, including tenant relations, facility security/maintenance, and oversight of contracted services.
