• Provide back end Support to the sales team in attaining the sales targets
• Ensure creation and execution of sales order in SAP, within allotted time and resources.
Liaison with finance department for the financial evaluation of the order and customer credit limit.
Coordinating and follow up of deliveries from warehouse.
Responsible for generating commercial invoices, inter-company invoices.
Providing the Stock status and price updates to sales team on timely basis
Providing the customer account statement of accounts on monthly basis
Providing sales return & credit memos to sales team on daily basis
Ensuring sufficient stock of fast moving sizes in the warehouse and update sufficient level by forecasting.
Providing sales return analysis to line manager on monthly basis
Preparing quotation for existing and new customers
