• Supervise all civil construction activities including reinforced concrete works, equipment foundations, dike walls,
underground utilities, pipe racks, and drainage systems, ensuring full compliance with approved IFC drawings,
method statements, engineering specifications, and QHSE standards.
• Serve as PTW/CPW Performing Authority — manage issuance and compliance of work permits in energized and
Blue Zone areas, ensuring contractor adherence to operational concurrence procedures and site safety
regulations.
• Review and comment on contractors construction plans, schedules, JSAs, and method statements; coordinate
constructability reviews and arrange appropriate pre-commissioning inspections and tests for completed civil
works.
• Initiate and manage Mechanical Completion Certificates; maintain punch-list records and drive timely closure
through systematic follow-up and site inspections prior to project handover.
• Participate in handover and acceptance; review commissioning procedures and participate in the commissioning
of civil facilities; chair progress meetings and prepare construction progress reports for line supervisor.
• Review and endorse red-marked-up and as-built drawings; review and endorse Construction Dossiers for
assigned civil project scopes.
• Coordinate and control contractor mobilization to sites including site lay-down areas; facilitate issuance of
necessary permits and gate passes when requested by contractors.
• Act as safety leader for all civil site construction activities; conduct daily toolbox talks, monitor manpower
deployment, and liaise with Client, QA/QC, and HSE representatives during site inspections.
• Coordinate with Engineering teams to resolve drawing discrepancies and technical queries; ensure NCRs and
observations are actioned and closed in a timely manner.

- WWTP Ras Laffan, - WWTP
• Monitored and inspected all civil construction activities for WWTP projects — including reinforced concrete
structures, underground utilities, pump stations, pipework, dike walls, equipment foundations, and associated civil
infrastructure — ensuring compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and client quality standards.
• Conducted regular site inspections for WWTP and civil works; verified compliance with approved procedures and
client requirements; managed technical submissions (RFITs, MIRs) through SCDB document control system
ensuring timely approvals and full audit readiness.
• Identified non-conformances and managed the full NCR lifecycle; coordinated with Engineering and Construction
teams to implement corrective actions and achieve timely closure.
• Maintained and drove punch-list closure with Clients and Contractors; conducted follow-up inspections ensuring
all outstanding items were resolved prior to project handover.
• Performed performance audits on subcontractors and material suppliers against project specifications, quality
standards, and safety requirements.

on all inspection activities for civil road and infrastructure works.
• Managed full QA/QC documentation suite including WIRs, MIRs, inspection reports, test records, and quality logs,
maintaining full traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Led joint inspections with Client (Ashghal), Consultants, and Subcontractors; directed punch-list management and
closeout activities contributing to on-time project handover.
