Responsibilities:
• Working as Systems Support Engineer providing application and network support in the Main IT Head Office as well as in Branches
• Major Support on java based application (EBBS) design for STANDARD CHARTERED BANK for the transactions, enquiries, authentications, information of customers and Bank Data
Configuring, troubleshooting, and resolving problems in windows XP, windows 2000 Professional at client side and Server side.
• Handling issues related to LAN including wireless and fiber optic connectivity. Configuration and troubleshooting Microsoft outlook at client side. Maintenance and system configuration of variety of drivers and adapter installation and configuration including Laptops, Network Printers and Scanners. Emulator 7200 series Packet tracer and Boson network simulation configure with LAB Design. Manage to take the backup of servers like, Lotus Notes Server, Exchange Servers and Application Servers etc.
Coordinating with vendor
• New Xerox Printer Installation with secure Printing.
• Design LAN & WAN, User application troubleshooting and problem resolutions.
• Performed multiple sever and client side upgrades, implemented Windows 2000 advanced server and Windows XP Professional.
