MAJOR PROJECTS:
•Centralized Inward Clearing
•Centralized Intercity Clearing
•Centralized Same Day Clearing
Major Responsibilities:
•Manually Scrutinize the Instruments of Normal Clearing, Same Day Clearing & Intercity Clearing.
•Scrutinize Instruments of as PR requirement of SBP
•Repairing Non Process Instruments
•Generate Report and Re-check transactions.
•Report Checking of the Instrument
Call Centre Operations
•Centralized Inward Clearing
•Centralized Account Opening
Call Centre Operations:
Major Responsibilities:
•Worked on valuable software ICRS (Intelligent Customers Relation System)
•Registration of customers for Mobile Banking, Virtual Banking, Activation of different Debit & Credit cards.
•Scrutiny of CCRF Applications & return discrepant to branches.
•Resolve all discrepancies & queries through e-mails.
Centralized Inward Clearing:
Major Responsibilities:
•Manually Scrutinize the Instruments.
•Managing Centralized Clearing & Account Opening of Various MCB Bank limited Branches.
•Analysis of issues raised & recommend Solutions to improve overall Team Performance.
•Posting (Scrutiny, Technical checking, balancing (excel sheet), General Ledger entries etc.) of Inward Clearing Item on SYMBOLS /CBS System.
•Debit customer's account on SYMBOLS/CBS System.
•Processing DD/PO distribution requests on SYMBOLS/CBS System.
•Balance Inward Clearing with NIFT Detials including physical Items
•Generate Report and Re-check transactions.
Centralized Account Opening:
Major Responsibilities:
•Received Account Opening Forms (AOF) From 800 centralized SYMBOLS Branches
•Scrutinize Account Opening Forms along with their documents as PR requirement of SBP
•Scrutinize Individual Account, Business Account (Sole proprietorship, Partnership & Joint Stock Company)
•Account opening forms (AOF) Client detail input in “SYMBOL CBS 8.5”
•Archival of Account Numbers through System.
•Generates Account Report RBA26 and Client Report “FM 9149”.
•Attaches Report with the Account Opening Form (AOF) and delivers to the authorizer for report checking.
•Maintenance of Daily Activity & Monthly MIS of Account Opening sheet on (Excel).
•Preparation Letter OF Thanks (Well Come Letter) For the Customer and Introducer.
