Coordination with the Corporate Clients and dealing at different levels to achieve my objective
Handled meetings / correspondence / communication on customer care and technical matters with the major corporate clients like Adamjee Insurance Co. UBL Insurer, MCB Bank, EFU General Insurance, IGI Insurance, Bank Al-Falah, Security General Insurance, PSO, SSGC, THAL Engineering etc.
Prepares / Plans /Distributes working assignments among the staff on daily basis

Prepares separate reports for each of the corporate clients as per their required queries
Evaluate Clients’ Security Briefings for their respective tracking packages
Monitor data entries of user, payee, owner information & security information for each contract.
Supervise Documents arrangement & filing for the new installation
Supervise & arrange tracking units installation across nationwide
Coordinates with other Department Heads in resolving issues or complains
