Monitoring site progress and quality of Electrical works and compliance with approved shop drawings and installation schedules.
Co-ordination with MEP subcontractor both at site level and with subcontractor’s engineers.
Monitoring and reporting site progress and compliance with specification and drawings.
Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to engineering standards and specifications.
Support construction contractor and provide MEP engineering related support, review and coordination to ensure that the quality expectation are properly met during construction.

Liaising with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws.
Communicating with clients and their representatives including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.
Review and approve Contractor’s ‘as built’ drawings.
Deal with Contractor’s RFIs relating to the MEP works.
Expertise in complete installations of CCTV cameras with all of its accessories which includes NIN(Fixed angle), NDN(Wide angle), PTZ and EMERGENCY cameras including media boxes, optical fiber and UTP (CAT 6) cables according to the BICSI standards of installation for telecommunication wires.
Conduct Survey of the site before installation to see the allocated path for the installation and after installation conduct Inspection of the path for the installation of PVC and EMT conduits, Pull boxes, cable trunks for power cables and cable trunks for optical fiber and flexible conduits for the UTP.
Cooperation with other companies and allocating a proper path for our installation according to Shop drawing, SLD, as built, Camera layout design.
Cooperation with the consultant and make the site ready for inspection. After completing the termination of the camera and installation of the media boxes conduct the final inspection and approve the whole work from the consultant.
Conducting OTDR (optical time domain reflectometer) test for fiber optics and galvanization test for cable trunks and other material through Elcometer.
Design and compile documents for Quality control procedures.
Conduct Testing and commissioning of LCR rooms.
Organize Quality control programs like site inspection for compliance with contract documents, approved submittals.
Ensure conformance of work on site as per standards such as NEC, BICSI, ANSI/NFPA 70 and IEEE and according to Project specifications.
Manage and conduct all the inspections and commissioning procedure documentations including AIR’s, work orders, As built and proper drawings for ceiling, lantern and wall mounted cameras.
Conduct Material inspection based on international standards NEEMA, IEC, ASTM, ANSI/IEEE.
Conduct Installation and inspection of Telecom cabinet junction boxes (waterproof) CCTV’S, PID’S.
Fulfilling customer requirements, making models and prototypes of products.
