Working as a power services officer, during my career I have perform Different Operations/ commissioning Job Roles and I have Understand and gain valuable Knowledge of Instrument Mechanical and Electrical.

Power House (32 MW)
 Gas turbines (GE Solar Centaur & Alstom Power, Siemens, Caterpillar) T-60 series
 Steam turbines (WH Allen)
 Diesel Generators
Skills:
o Commissioning, start up and shut down of turbines, Boilers, Compressors & Blowers as per sops, and update user manuals.
o Synchronizations and switching of Turbines.
o Preparation of process parameters deviation reports.
o Planning of preventive and corrective maintenance of machines as per operation record and prepare Scenarios.
o Standard isolation of equipment’s and update procedures.
o Gas turbine hot/cold washing to optimize efficiency requirements.
o Perform Gas turbines online fuel changeover.
o Steam turbine washing to augment efficiency requirements.
o To monitor and decision making equipment parameters deviations.
o To monitor and control Energy management system and regulating power shed able Regime.
o To maintain and control Electrical Efficiency of alternators, Voltage power factor and frequency.
o Preparation of SOPs and update with changing and process updates.
o Fully aware about permit to work system, work on height, vessel entry, work on confined spaces and hot work permit.
o Record keeping and forecasting of Fuel consumption.
o To actively participate black startup and shutdown activities.

My responsibilities According to Job.
• To ensure smooth and efficient operation of plant.
• Coordinates with Process teams to ensure that Energy Management Strategy and energy performance goals are implement.
• Provides process support for energy-efficient operation of the units and identifies process efficiency improvement potentials and plans suitable cost effective initiatives.
• Acts as a key contributor for improving process margins by reducing energy operating cost.
• Coordinates & conducts Energy awareness programs/ trainings/ workshops.
• Plans and provides inputs for Capital and Operating Budget to improve & sustain energy performance.
• Develops procedures and guidelines on energy management as applicable to Process.
• Coordinates for conducting internal energy audits within the company.
• Monitoring and Control parameters of water purification plant.
• Monitoring and Control parameters feed water of Boilers and take necessary actions according to lab analysis.
• To manage power shed able of turbines.
• To monitor and control Steam Generation and distribution.
• Emergency shutdown and startup of plant
• Excellent command of P & IDs, PFDs & SLDs.
• Data analysis operation & process and take Necessary actions accordingly.
• To ensure that all safety equipments are intact.
• Preparation and Review of plant start up shut down and emergency startup and shut down procedures
• Preparation of standard isolation procedures.

• To interact with Safety department to implement procedures to make work place safe.
• To participate in completing all tasks of Business HSE & H Plan
• To carry out the training need analysis in consultation with Section Head and steward training of the staff.
