2. Prepare Projected Cash Flows for CFO to forecast liquidity position.
3. Perform Ageing analysis of Receivables and raise queries with sales team for overdue monthly installments.
4. Perform ageing analysis of Payables and forward to MD for Payment Approvals.
5. Process Monthly Payroll in Accounting Software
6. Maintain Investor, Dealer & Customer ledgers for reconciliation
7. Daily Liaison with Banks for bank related quires.
8. File Quarterly income tax withholding Statement u/s 165
9. Lead team on projects assigned by executive management.

2. Prepare Projected Cash Flows for group CFO to forecast liquidity position of the group.
3. Daily Markup Calculations for quarterly payment of Long & Short-Term Financing availed from commercial
banks.
4. Liaison with Banks and provide monthly stock statement.
5. Review daily collection report and reconcile with Banks.
6. File Quarterly income tax withholding Statement u/s 165
7. Prepare & submit monthly Sales Tax Return on IRIS
8. Process Monthly Payroll in SAP
9. Run A/R Invoices in SAP and record subsequent receipts.
10. Perform Ageing analysis of Receivables and raise queries with sales team for overdue balances.
11. Perform ageing analysis of Payables and forward to MD for Payment Approvals.
12. Book A/P Invoices of Local Purchases & imports
13. Calculate landed cost of imported materials and post in SAP.
14. Post Month end closing entries and extract P&L report for CFO & MD

2. Collecting and analyzing work center data of 300-piece rate employees of all production processes.
3. Maintenance of Employee’s Provident Fund.
4. Vouch bank and cash payments documents and prepare bank payment vouchers.
5. Liaison with departmental heads for collection of production data.

2. Appointment of Surveyors to assess the Claim Loss.
3. Correspondence with other departments for follow up of Claim Disbursement.
4. Correspondence with Co-Insurance Companies for Recovery.
5. Prepare Monthly Claims Paid Statement.
