Responsibilities:

• Analyze DEWS (Disease Early Warning and Response System) data sets for inter-country comparisons of health and health-related outcomes across different sub-populations and conduct analysis based on a work plan addressing differences across population groups, and prepare manuscripts of relevant results.
• Capacity building of DEWS data management and surveillance officers
• Coordinate preparation of DEWS data sets and conduct analysis with a focus on health and health-related outcomes for preparation of weekly report
• Producing Weekly Bulletin
• Preparing of brief reports on disease under surveillance trends and alert and outbreaks response
• Assists in Human Resources and Administration of CSR (Communicable Disease Surveillance and Response) Unit
• Assists in Planning and Purchasing supplies and equipment for Lab Investigation
• Monitor adherence to standard operating procedure for shipping and receiving Lab specimens from the Field to Lab and return
• Providing DEWS training and briefing of new Surveillance officers/staff
• Maintain DEWS database using Epidata, EpiInfo, MS-Excel (Expert in Pivot-Table and Charts), MS- ACCESS and other software
• Compiling, Editing and Cleaning up DEWS data and generating DEWS reports
• Ensures the availability of necessary supplies and materials in field offices/sites and coordinate administrative and logistics issues for CSR Unit
• Manage all the preparation of CSR Monthly meeting and workshops
• Helping in GIS Unit along with developing the maps, inputting, documenting and updating maps

• Management of Cash / Cheques
• Prepare Daily Collection Statement
• Bank Reconciliation
• Handling of Petty Cash
• Cost Controlling
• Internal Auditing
• Preparing Legal Documents, Filing, Data collection and other routine memoranda etc.
• Originate, Process & Maintain Comprehensive Accounting Records
• Implement Required Controls, Collect & Summarize Data as requested
• Manage Daily Cash Balances, Cheques/Cash Collection and Coordinate Banking Relationships.
