RESPOSIBILITIES & ACHIEVEMENT:
•Review of process discipline deliverables from Design House (PFDs, P&IDs, calculation & hydraulic etc.)
•Ensuring deliverables are comprehensive, on time and consistent with quality standards of UEP
•Participation in Engineering design review, HAZOP studies, constructability reviews, Risk Assessment Studies, Process Safety Reviews & Incident Investigation
•Providing support to construction and commissioning teams along with conceptual studies for production enhancement, oil & water handling & various site modification for operational ease
•Completed 70 engineering requests raised by operation from installation of new wellheads to major facility modification by considering minimum downtime to avoid production loss
•Completed 4 major facility upgrade project including unmanning, water network upgradation, compressor installation & standardization of early testing/production facility along with wellheads

Accomplishments
•In planned shutdowns, initiated an investigation on the basis of noise & vibration in raw mill section. Production increased to 13% by adding the 19% calculated weight in 2nd chamber of raw mill.
•During normal inspection a temperature anomaly was identified, an immediate action to stop kiln was called by me to avoid whole refractory rupture and suggested early start of annual shutdown.
