Provides overall leadership to entire program team, including overseeing other functional team leaders and subcontractors, for large, complex projects that deliver business solutions comprising third-party products and services.

Spearheaded post-M&A integration across all company functions (concurrent to CIO, PMO, and product roles). Provided core SAP integration strategy, advice and support to teams in proposing solutions and resolving issues encountered whilst mentoring team members towards expanding core skill sets. Modules Implemented are SAP IS H/FICO/MM/HCM/PM/i.s.h.med. Integration of SAP with third party software for RAD, LAB, Q system etc.
➢Managed the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade and support of all IT systems, including Servers, PC's, operating Systems, hardware, software, peripherals.
➢Responsibility of HIM issues including regulatory review, accreditation and compliance, knowledge of privacy and security regulations, confidentiality, release of information, information security, information storage and retrieval, record retention, authorship and authentication of EMR documentation, revenue cycle requirements, standardization of medical vocabularies, accurate utilization of classifications systems, data integrity, data analytics and reporting.
