1. I contest cases in different law courts i.e High Court, Session Courts & Civil Courts
in Pakistan on behalf of my clients and provide them litigation related support
during their under trial cases.
2. I also perform many administrative and legal tasks to prepare cases and perform
well in court or official proceedings. My duties and responsibilities often include:
• Preparing all documents required to file cases, including briefs and other court
documents.
• Working closely with team members to prepare a comprehensive brief on each
case that goes to trial.
• Scheduling and conducting depositions of witnesses and experts.
• Researching legal concepts, case law, judicial opinions, statutes and regulations.
• Providing proper legal citation and statutory interpretation.
• Maintaining accurate case files, notes and reports
• Negotiating cases to meet the needs of the firm and the client.
• Making sure all parties are carrying out their court order sentence and paying the
necessary fines.
• Writing legal documents such as contracts, lawsuits, deeds, writ petitions, revisions, review petitions and appeals etc.

• Keeping eyes on overall business of Company mainly Purchase, Finance, Accounts, Sales, Marketing and Cotton departments to control and assist all the functions of internal audit and costing department.
• Review and analyze the existing system and make suggestions to management for improvement of system.
• Formulation of policies for internal control and internal audit.
• Review and analyze the Annual as well as Monthly Financial Reports of company.
• Review and analyze minimum as well as maximum stock level and other internal audit issues.

• Regular meetings with farmers to increase milk collection from that Area.
• Looking after weekly milk payments to farmers of milk supplied to Engro Foods.
• Achieve targets of milk collection by improving milk suppliers to Engro Foods i.e, Progressive Farmers, Village Milk Collection Centers, Sub Centers and Mini Contractors in that Area.
• Co-ordination with Main Office & arrangements of meetings of managers with farmers to solve problems of farmers in that Area.
• Make transport bills of vehicles for transportation of milk from Area to
main Office (Mianchanu).
• Looking after of milk collection centers issues i.e, electricity bills,
repairing & maintenance bills, shop rent & sub centers agent salaries.

• Review overall business activities relating to Group like purchasing of parts, tyres, oil and diesel.
• Dealing and co-ordination with Suppliers of parts, tyres, oil and diesel.
• Making salaries of drivers, assistant drivers and other staffs of Group and keeping checks on them and also conducts recruitment and hiring of new drivers and other staffs and then supervise their duties and tasks assigned to them.
• Formulation of transportation plane of vehicles in Area according to Nestle Schedule and co-ordination with Nestle Executives for issues.
• Review and analyze the Quarterly as well as Monthly freight bills of mileages covered by vehicles.
• Checking vehicles on daily basis as a safety measures and take right steps.

• Regular meetings with farmers to increase milk collection from that Area.
• Looking after weekly milk payments to farmers of milk supplied to Nestle Pakistan Ltd.
• Achieve targets of milk collection by improving milk suppliers to Nestle PakistanLtd. i.e, Progressive Farmers, Village Milk Collection Centers, Sub Centers and Mini Contractors in that Area.
• Co-ordination with Main Office & arrangements of meetings of managers with farmers to solve problems of farmers in that Area.
• Make transport bills of vehicles for transportation of milk from Area to
main Office (Kabirwala).
• Looking after of milk collection centers issues i.e, electricity bills, repairing & maintenance bills, shop rent & sub centers agent salaries.
