1. Assembled many course files of theory as well as lab according to OBE system
2. Formulated Open Ended Labs (OEL) and Complex Engineering Problems (CEP)for undergraduate level subjects according to OBE System
• Analyzed NDT Methods & Quality control system of Automotive parts
• Operated distinct hardness testing machines for Inspection & Testing of automotive parts
• Improved Process of Cupola furnace by controlling charge ratio of metal, coke and flux
• Examined the Slag and waste product achieved from the Cupola Furnace
• Melting & casting process of various ferrous grades using pit, induction and cupola furnace
• Comprehension of Furnace temperature and pouring temperature of induction Furnace
• Centrifugal casting of Bronze and Heat Treatment of Aluminum pistons
• Controlled the die casting process of Aluminum Brake shoes
• Metallography, etching and microstructure of different products
