 Assisting the project team in planning and managing the setup and installation process on-site.

 Maintaining all necessary site signage, ensuring clear and effective communication of safety protocols.
 Upholding high standards of site welfare and accommodation, keeping areas tidy and presentable.
 Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors in collaboration with top management, and ensure
seamless coordination of all works in line with the project program.
 Attending pre-start and project progress meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors and
maintaining accurate records of progress, incidents, and changes.
 Manage client expectations in accordance with contractual obligations, maintaining a professional and
considerate approach.

 Planning the work to be done, getting the necessary personnel, and assigning the right duties to the right
people.
 Planning how each process should be done, how resources are to be acquired, and when the project should
be completed.
 Ensuring timely completion of the project to build client trust while avoiding unnecessary penalties.
 Working within the budget by adequately estimating the costs and cutting unnecessary expenses.
 Procuring and allocating resources to ensure there is no shortage while avoiding any unnecessary delays
caused by management decisions.
 Managing both internal and external risks within the projects lifetime, such as poor planning designs, and
government policies, which directly or indirectly affect the project.

 Supervising the work of 10 national and international consultants and 6 contractors involved in every step
and facing all the challenges while, designing process, tendering, awarding, and forming the contracts,
execution, and project management of every aspect of each process.
 Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction management of the project.
 Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion.
 Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
 Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
 Responsible for implementation of the scope of work as related to construction in conformance with project
specifications, Scope of Work, and in accordance with the approved Project Schedule.
 Monitor and report to the Project Director/Project Manager of project details, including progress, risks, and
opportunities in a timely manner.
 Ensures all changes to specifications, work scope, and drawings are documented.
 Define clear roles & responsibilities, and deliverable requirements in terms of both scope and schedule to all
the team members.
 To Monitor construction productivity and schedule performance and investigate reasons for less than
satisfactory performance.
 Adhere to Company Safety Standards and promote a safety culture among the ranks throughout the
Company.
 And follow any other ad-hoc projects and duties as required by the management.

 To carry out the construction work as per drawings & coordination with the consultant.
 Monitoring the project activities as per the drawing and schedule.
 Perform the task of improving the efficiency of the project by providing necessary recommendations in
various stages of implementation.
 Management and supervision of the construction team attending progress meetings with client/consultant
(time management, resource management, communication management, quality management, safety
implementation.
 Prepare the submittals of each item as per the specification BOQ and submit them to the client/consultant
for their approval.
 Manage resources of material according to site & project requirements from time to time.
 Coordinate site progress along with all MEP subcontractors.

 Coordinating with the client/consultant for site-related issues.
 Supervise all construction activities, including wind farm foundations, Access roads, and crane paths and
pads.
 Making the Design of site access road to facilitate turbine component transportation.
 Monitor wind farm construction to ensure compliance with regulatory standards or environmental
requirements
 Making bar bending schedule & implementation on site.
 Oversee subcontractor activities. and report work progress and budget matters to management.
 Prepare material tracking schedule according to BOQ items and follow the delivery schedule with supplier to
project program.

 Erection of precast structural member.
 liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the
overall project manager
 Supervising all structural & finishing works for the project.
 Making bar bending schedule & implementation on site.
 Inspecting plumbing, electrical, and other systems to ensure that they meet code.
 Checking at various stages of the painting process to ensure proper coating.
 Supervise face brickwork of external side buildings, aluminum fabrication and fixing work glass fixing, etc.
 Inspection of all flooring work including building for example screeding, chemical coating, tile, marble fixing
floor grinding, etc.

 Taking all technical and managerial decisions during the construction phase.
 Manage construction of each facility and maintain administration at site.
 Setting out Project works in accordance with Drawings & specifications.
 Providing specialist direction on unusual or difficult engineering issues.
 Using surveying instruments such as (level machine, theodolite, and Total station) for survey work.
 As per IFC drawings, the layout of all structural elements (Columns, walls, trenches, etc.)
 Making bar bending schedule & implementation on site.
 Supervising the fixing/installation of formwork as per drawings BOQ & Specifications.
 Supervising concrete pouring of slabs & vertical elements (Columns, walls, etc.)

 Sanitary sewerage System, storm sewerage system, trunk sewerage system.
 Construction & repair of old roads.
 Buildings & Villas maintenance.
