To Supervise HSE management system for work over rig, compilation of HSE reports and correspondence with Well site leader.

Daily weekly and regular inspection for Fire Detection/ Protection systems/equipment and Gas detection system.
Ensure Blow out, fire and H2S gas emergency drills with different scenarios and evaluate performance of emergency response team
To Supervise HSE management system for five drilling rigs and three work over rigs, compilation of HSE reports and correspondence with client as well. --Provide direction, training and, where appropriate, supervision to enable our employees to meet their obligation to work safely and with due consideration for the health and safety of others and for the environment.
-To ensure Permit to Works and Risk assessment.
-Observe Rigging and slinging operations.
-Take part in periodic HSE audits & inspections to identify areas for improvements to rectify all unsafe actions and conditions.
-Ensure that regular inspection and maintenance carried out on Fire Detection/ Protection systems/equipment and Gas detection system.
-Ensure Blow out, fire and H2S gas emergency drills with different scenarios and evaluate performance of emergency response team. Conduct practical training to Emergency response team.
-Carrying out near miss / accident investigation using Comprehensive List of Causes system to identify their root causes and prevent their re occurrence.
-Attending Service Quality Meeting with client CNOOC providing up-date of HSE statistics.
As HSE Coordinator my responsibilities are as under: ➢ Perform safety Audits and Inspections.
➢ Conduct Safety Meetings, Tool box meeting.
➢ Track employee HSE performance, conduct pre job Assurance Reviews with crews.
➢ Support and undertake Incident Investigation and Auditing strategies to ensure complaint, correction and performance improvement.
➢ Very well versed with HSE-MS and all types of documentation like Quarterly, Monthly, Weekly, Daily HSE Reports, Remedial Work Plan, HSE Plans and Procedures. Have been conducting Emergency Drills like Fire, H2S, Evacuation and Oil Spill drill.
➢ Perform Accident Review and reporting. Health and safety Hazard Analysis, Risk Assessment and Environmental Aspect and Impact analysis.
