Assisting in timely preparation of the month-end close accounting work papers including account reconciliation, analysis, investment reporting, supporting analysis and preparation of quarterly investor and regulatory reporting.
Assisting finance manger with the preparation of information and data for capital calls, distributions, and allocations to investors.

Performance improvement check of various technical duties across the entire accounting cycle from the preparation of journal entries to the compilation of trial balance and thereon financial statements on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis in accordance with LUX GAAP & IFRS.
Preparation and management of documents in line with VAT regulations & to meet deadlines for monthly and annual VAT return filing for the UK, German & Luxembourg VAT.
Coordination with external auditors to ensure that they have appropriate access to information and people within the organization to meet the auditing deadlines.
Ensuring compliance with tax (CIT and NWT).
Internal processes improvements.
Ensuring that all accounting records comply with statutory requirements.
Preparing quality and focused analytical reviews that support the financial reporting of the company.
End to end processing of company payrolls, calculations and finalization of employees benefits gratuity, leave encashment and bonuses.
Analyzing billing variances and investigating significant discrepancies.
Taking the lead role in all financial planning activities.
