• Daily Inspections of all dry stores, chillers, freezers, kitchen, and all mess halls.
• Conduct internal audit for ISO-22000, health, safety and environment.
• Coordinating and delivering QHSE training programs to employees, promoting a strong safety culture and awareness of quality standards.
• Assisted in developing and updating QHSE policies and procedures, aligning them with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Ensuring compliance with QHSE regulations and internal policies through regular audits and inspections. Addressing any non-compliance issues promptly.
• Maintaining accurate records of QHSE activities, incidents, inspections, and corrective actions. Preparing reports for management and regulatory authorities as required.
• Assessing and monitoring QHSE performance of suppliers and contractors, ensuring they adhere to the organizations standards.
• Monitoring and reporting on QHSE performance metrics and KPIs, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Punjab Food Authority- Government of Punjab, Pakistan Responsibilities:
• Carried out a wide range of day-to-day tasks such as testing milk sampling at different sites in Lahore city to ensure safe and healthy milk to end consumers.
• Employed the PFA app for generating and delivering reports to senior leadership to support the decision-making process regarding milk quality and complaints from consumers.
• Enforcing food hygiene, safety, and quality standards while visiting different sites.
• Gained extensive guidance, training, and mentoring from industry professionals in planning and carrying out activities and assignments.
• Ensured compliance with overall H&S, food authority policies and procedures.
