making reports includes the results of the monitoring.
• Providing periodic weekly reports of the main activities of the Pre-WiMAX project.
• Performing preventive maintenance of the Pre-WiMAX devices and activities such as
replacing faulty radio units with new ones with configuration, antenna alignment,
replacing ethernet cables, and replacing IF cables.
• Performing site survey and design using Air Magnet in Wi-Fi 3G Offloading project.
• Performing Wi-Fi 3G Offloading Implementation.
• Performing site survey and Implementation of Wi-Fi Over DAS project.
• Respond to the trouble tickets (TTs) assigned by the NOC and take immediate
action/advanced troubleshooting to close them within SLA.
• Performing WT/DT in IBS Project (2G & 3G) with making reports.

• Installing Huawei racks, ODFs, splitters, and fiber optics devices with cables and labels
in KSA exchanges and only Huawei FTTM devices in GSM shelters.
• Connecting Huawei devices with CISCO switches in KSA exchanges.
• Performing fiber cable testing and installation includes specs in losses and line
characteristics.
• Providing daily, weekly and monthly reports for the management according to the main
activities of the FTTM project and preparing performance reports for the FTTM devices.

• Troubleshooting Internet and Computer Networks problems from the Service Provider to
the subscribers such as (Routers Configuration - DHCP problems - Browsing Slowness -
Line Down - Line Instability).
