Project Management Company is HILL International.
Main Contractor is RCC.
Subcontractor is El Walli Company.
The Capital Budget of Project about 2.300.000.000 SAR.
Towers are 7 Hotel Five Stars.
Towers Consist of “3 Basement + 4 Commercial + 27 upper story“.
Total area of Project is about 40000 m².
Conduct and/or participate in safety audits for CONTRACTOR and SUB CONTRACTOR carry on risk assessment as directed by HSE Manager
Review the contract documents for each Construction package in respect of safety requirements and advise the project Manager of any deficiency.
Review and comment to the Project Manager on site safety organization and key personnel CV’s as submitted by the Contractor or Sub Contractor.
Review Safety procedure as submitted by the Contractor and ensure implementation is in compliance with contract requirements.
Review Inspection Test, and Plan as submitted by the Contractor and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
Review Contractor’s Safety records Documents to ensure major construction equipment is maintained regularly.
Ensure Contractor safety Traning for site Labors is regularly maintained.
Closely monitor site activities, issuing NCR (non compliance report) and submit reports to the project Manger to ensure all activities on site are in compliance with safety procedure.
Participates in weekly meeting and monthly executive meeting.
Development of Health, Safety and Environmental key implementation strategies.
Develops and implements a learned capture process.
Promotion of health, safety Environmental awareness through the project.

Construction of Towers Consist of “5 Basement + 23 upper story“.
Scope of Responsibility:Developed daily safe work plan in compliance with FED/CAL OSHA and Site safe work practice. Organized safety meetings. Conducted safety audits.
Administered training and contractors mentoring program.
Conducted safety audits and training. Assisted with implementing employee/contractor monitoring program.
Conducted maintenance and repair of site equipment. Assisted in safety inspections, audits, and exposure assessments.
Advised on strategies to improve safety, health and performance.
Conducted/participated in safety and industrial hygiene courses.
Health and risk assessment of the workplace and the people working over there Management of workplace safety and health training for the workers monitoring of personal protection devices and health checking tools.
Conducting health and safety camps to spread the awareness of good health and the safety and the associated problems with precautionary measures.

Always bear in mind all safety guidelines & procedures.
Always remember the company's policy, to achieve zero accident targets.
Highlighting wrong practices being followed, which are not meeting safety requirements & recommend corrective actions and keeping record of the same?
Check work permits & coordinates with assigned safety representatives for implementation of safety procedures.
Develop & distribute safety promotional material & construction related safety procedures.
Develop & impellent safety code of practice.
Discussion on injury, damage & loss control.
Implementation of all safety policies & safety procedures.
Make monthly inspection of moving equipment & fire extinguishers.
Put necessary safety precaution before starting any job.
Taking the disciplinary action against employees for carelessness.
Ensure the compliance of ISO-14001 and OSHAS-18001 and its documentation.
To review submitted Health, Safety and Environmental plans by subcontractor.
Advise and assist management for fulfilling of safety obligations and getting goals for safety.
Check that healthful work conditions are maintained.
Check for effective implementation of the project safety programs and other safety requirement of UAE legislation, Consultant and other concern authorities.
Design and Conduct various safety trainings.
Implementation of monthly safety committee meeting with site management.
Implementing the rules and regulation of safety as pre the client procedure.
Attending tool box meeting.
Site safety inspection.
Preparing daily site safety reports.
Weekly walk through inspection with client and making deviation report.
Regular inspection and maintenance of safety fire fightingequipments.
Maintain good Housekeeping in the site.
Fire and safety inspection for the daily work progress.
Safety induction to the new employees.
Reporting of any Incident and unsafe condition& stop the work until resolved.
Inspection of scaffolding and working at height.
Inspection of all equipment in site and make checklist for this equipment.
