• Working with the Recruitment Consultant, HR and hiring Specialist to obtain the manpower requirements.
• Ensure that all vacancies are advertised on the appropriate sourcing channels which include social media, company intranet and on the company, applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Ensure that all paperwork associated with vacancies is recorded accurately with the ATS and all candidates are captured and managed with the system throughout the recruitment process.
• Responsible for End to end, i.e. 360 Recruitment - Headhunting & Outsourcing
• Sectors working on: IT, Telecom, E-commerce, F&B, FMCG, Insurance, Banking, Real Estate and Government.
• Efficiently screening and sourcing using different Job Portals and Social Networking sites (Naukri Gulf, Naukri, Rozee.pk, Bayt, LinkedIn, Indeed.com, etc.)
• Networking, headhunting and negotiating with candidates.
• Recruiting for mid-Senior level appointments, sourcing candidates both locally and globally for multinational organizations within Saudi Arabia.
• Candidate Tracking & Follow-ups, Build a data bank of potential candidates.
• Responsible for reviewing selection process and update as agreed and ensure that selection tools particularly the competency-based interview is always current and relevant.
• Fully engage with Business areas and gain an in-depth understanding of divisions/functions by scheduling quarterly meetings with all of my stakeholders.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
US Market:
• Partnered with the delivery team to serve as the single point of contact between clients and them.
• Responsible for Managing different accounts and client interactions to understand their needs most efficiently.
• Work with the marketing team to define requirements and create job descriptions on different social media platforms.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies (internet sourcing, employee referrals, direct sourcing, networking, etc.), screen and interview cleared and non-cleared candidates, and implement recruiting metrics.
• Negotiate rates and otherterms and conditions of clients and gain commitment for current job requirements.
• Managing a team of Recruiters and ensuring that the team meets the expected metrics weekly and monthly.
• Work closely with other technical Teams to understand various IT skills and demand versus availability of IT skills in a particular market.
• Interact with existing consultants to gather intelligence on ongoing projects.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with co-workers at all levels ofthe organization maintaining various reportslike submittal reports, Daily reports, interview status reports, joining details, etc.
• Involved in the Full life cycle of recruiting. Used other sources and various other tools to find the best suitable match forthe requirements and job portals.
• Major Clients: Humana, Capital One, Kroger, Essent, Mattress Firm, PSCU, etc.
• Keeping in contact with existing customers.
• Making appointments with and meeting new customers.
• Arranging sales, prices, contracts, and payments.
• Meeting sales targets.
• Promoting new products and any special deals
