• Migration of GSM service nodes from Cisco IP Core to ZTE IP Core for swap project.
• Plan & Implementation of for MPLS L3/L2 VPNs for Voice, Signaling, Billing, O&M, IT, DMZ, VAS, Internet, Bearer & Corporate customer etc.
• Design & Deployment of RSVP TE tunnels in IP Core with FRR
• Migration of STM4 based IP Core Network to 10G DWDM network.
• Setup of multi-home ISP Setup for PS Core & VAS domains.
• Migration plans / Execution of Huawei STP from Cisco IP Core to ZTE IP Core.
• SBC connectivity and with OMOs through IP Peering.
• Planning of Cisco IP Core with ZTE IP Core through interconnect between both Cores.
• IP Sec VPN creations with Packet Core & VAS customers to access SMSC, SDP, MMSC, AMR etc.
Routine Tasks:
• Services implementation for regular integrations with IP core devices
• Policy Implementation on GI, GRX, GN & Inter VRF Firewalls .
• VPNs creations on Different Firewalls for different services.
• Network analysis for Bandwidth accusation and timely escalation for smooth services .
• Troubleshooting for different services .
• Troubleshooting, rectification, root cause analysis of operational issues and escalation to vendor (if applicable).
• Manage and Maintain operations on Internet Gateway for Zong ISP / Mobile Operator .
• Manage and Maintain operations of MPLS Based network of Zong ISP / Mobile operator .
• Network Security compliance for Both internal and External Users connecting over to Zong ISP network .
• Service Provisioning of corporate Broad band Customer connecting via Fixed resources or Using PS-CORE domain .
CMPAK ( ZONG ) PS Core Project
• Responsible to achieve the agreed solutions by strong technical and interpersonal communication with the customer for PS-Core Project.
• Commissioning and Integration of new Huawei NE-40X3 and Huawei Ne-40X8 Routers Huawei EX8000 and E1000 Firewall in MPLS enterprise network and Internet Gateway
• Responsible for planning and designing of PS-Core Network.
• Technically evaluated High and low level design PS-Core network.
• IP Pool expansion and optimization
• Gi, Gn, Gb(GboFR/GboIP) design and planning.
• Direct Tunnel implementation by importing/exporting Iu/Gn VPNs routing tables
• Handling and reporting of issues related to BlackBerry BGWs and Gp interface for Roamers via Border GWs running on BGP with ISPs.
• Migration of GRX to new setup(link) with Asient while ensuring all roaming services are normal.
• Responsible of handling all technical problems in running projects of PS-Core.
IP MPLS Core and Metro PTN - MSD
• Providing SLM (L-2/3 Support) of ZTE IP MPLS Backbone for carrying 3GPP R4 Voice, SIGTRAN, IN/VAS, DCN/NMS, PS Core - GPRS and EDN using LDP, L3 VPNs, MPLS TE, MP-BGP, QoS and ISIS Protocols
• Drafting proposals for Design Optimization, Capacity Planning and Disaster recovery.
• Integrating User Domain Network with IPCore; testing for redundancy but avoiding loop
• OS Version Up gradation for IP MPLS Core and Metro PTN nodes to the latest Version.
• Using U31 EMS for Alarm monitoring, Routine Maintenance of IP Core and MPN.
