PEF IT department introduced SIS system for FAS EVS, and NSP Department. A Total Annual Budget of FAS, EVS and NSP programs is 70 million (US $). 22, 00 schools partner with FAS, 800 Schools partner with EVS and 400 schools partner with NSP. Total students strength is 1.35 million. SIS secured by URL Encoding and Decode mechanism.

2. Student Administration and Payment System (SAPS)
SAPS developed to generate payment for PEF partner schools monthly basis advance payment. SAPS generate Drafts Payment to verification for Finance Department after approval the concerning department payment will post. 4.0-5.0 million (US $) Monthly Payment Paid to Partner Schools from the SAPS. SAPS secured by URL Encoding and Decode mechanism.

3. Complaint Management Cell (CMC)
CMC basic purpose to facilitate Partner School and PEF concern department to solve problems which are facing to Partner Schools. CMC also generate SMS on complaint entry and fixation to concern partner school.
CMC manage by PEF CMC team. CMC develop for FAS and NSP. CMC is secure by URL and Encoding and Decode mechanism.

5. Data Entry and Collection Student Information and Management System (SIMS)
This utility use one time after Phase Launch of NSP, FAS and EVS departments. Data entry and awareness about computerized system for partner schools. Distribute the SIMS distribute system to partner schools and after given time when data entry complete of all schools Data Collection activity start.

6. Data Loading and Migration Utility (MS Access to Oracle 11g) for SIMS
