• Representing the consultant on site work for checking for approval and Municipality
Engineer as well.
• All PRO work.
• Managed time & attendance records for payroll.
• Purchasing material required on site.
• Interface with key suppliers in order to expedite stock orders and receiving the purchased
items.
• Participate in keeping all work areas clean, safe and tidy for smoothing all the logistic and
inventory processes in a controlled, safe, efficient and appropriate manner.
Keep all records of the Staff and Colleagues as well in a proper place for annual increment
and pension.
• Purchase all office stationary, Furniture and daily usable items.
• Prepare Salary bills and pass it from the District Accounts Officer.
• Manage Vehicles maintenance.
