The main Responsibilities are:
Managing Dubai and Saudi branches’ accounts
Reviewing financial reports and support staff to enhance internal control and increase their level of efficiency.
Planning, implementation and coordination between all branches.
Preparing of Monthly, Quarterly and annual accounts for company.
Making policies to run operations and review thereon.
Admin and operation responsibilities thereon.
Payment and receipts operation
Daily progress report for captioned branch
Accurate recording, summarizing of Head Office and zonal offices records and reporting as per organizational guidelines and donors’ requirements.
Payments to suppliers and others
Receiving and recording donor income.
Preparation of financial statements as par IAS and donators requirements.
Conduct regular visits to the zonal offices to the monitor the financial working of the zonal offices.
Allocate the approved budget to the zones.
Provide technical guidance to Head Office and zonal finance staff on professional matters.
Monitor the management of financial activities of Head Office and zonal offices to meet the set deadlines.
Ensure to provide professional training and on job coaching to enhance professional capacity of finance staff.
Timely preparation, review and approval of all monthly bank accounts and cash reconciliation.
Assign work, provide directions to Head Office and zonal staff and monitor to ensure that assigned tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Prepare monthly budget utilization reports.
Coordinate and oversee the annual audit of the organization’s accounts.
Recommend professional training and promotions of the finance staff on the basis of their performance.
Prepare consolidated financial reports of overall expenditures of Head Office and zonal offices for management decision making.
Liaison with both national and international donor agencies for approval of funds.
Preparation of periodic financial reports for national and international donors as per guidelines.
Reporting to the Director Finance and Executive Director.
Designing and implementation of procurement policies as par IAS.
Designing and implementation of policies for effective internal control.
Logistics support to national & international donors and funding agencies.
During my CA Article ship I was responsible for book keeping, audit and preparation of accounts for different companies .
