 Monitor Cost Budgets by gathering cost data from stores, procurement, QA/QC, site planning & management teams.

 Update/ report variations /change orders, time extensions, liquidated damages, claims etc., and incorporate their impact on project margins.
 Review / verify sub contractor’s invoices and highlight any excess budget areas.
 Follow-up and report reasons for long outstanding unbilled revenue.
 Prepare latest forecast (twice a year) and Annual Budgets.
