Business Analysis & Strategy Development

• Developed a system of monitoring daily performance of each technician, unit & project and taking timely actions that really helped in getting more efficiency & cost reduction.

Funds Management
• To manage finance for group of companies, managing banks, receivables, payroll, WPS, and budgets of main & regional offices of the company.
• Maintain relationship with banks, responsible for all documentation for business finance.

Finalization of Master Budget & Monthly Variances
• Finalization of yearly Master budget for the company, went through an extensive practice of projecting sales, project CAPEX, OPEX, functional and underlying budgets.
• Preparation of long range planning, monthly variances and highlighting major differences and inefficiencies.

Financial Reporting & Accounts Finalization
• Final accounts preparation & finalization of the company accounts, audit representation.
• Finalization of monthly P&L of projects, profitability and performance analysis.

Tender Bidding
• Finalizing bid offer in coordination with project teams through a detailed analysis of activities, bidding docs; incl. MOUs, NDAs, tender/bid bond, company profile, compliances schedules, etc.

Invoicing & Inventory Reconciliations
• Close monitoring of work done, ensuring complete invoicing to clients of all work, follow ups.
• Reviewing reconciliation own/clients’’ materials, receiving, consumption, shortages, etc.

Department Supervision
• Reviewing departmental routines matters, coordination with other departments, emphasized a team environment to get better results.
• To lead and manage the staff, reviewing daily reports, accounts vouchers, payment & cheque requisitions, guiding new procedures, system development.

• Reviewing Cost sheets, POs, Bar Codes forms and subsequent stock movements reports.
Inventory Control Activities
• First 100% physical stock verification, identification of past accumulated losses and adjustments.
• Designing & implementing stock control systems to ensure stock data accuracy.
• Stock Audit: Scheduling routine monthly and annual stock audits of all branches.

Other Managerial Activities
• Reviewing daily/weekly/monthly reports regarding sales, credit cards recoveries, payments, stock reconciliation, vendors’ statements, etc.
• Meeting & negotiating to bankers/parties for different business purposes.
