Joined as Trainee Auditor for QMS (ISO 9001:2008) and now working as Lead Auditor and tutor for Quality, Environment, and Health & Safety, Assest & Energy Management systems. Responsibilities are to Plan, Execute and Complete the training and Auditing assignments (mostly 3rd party / 2nd party) . Authorize the final recommendation of client certification. I'm IRCA certified lead auditor of QMS. As a QEHS Lead Auditor my responsibilities are
Plan the audit, notify the auditee and Conduct the auditing and training assignments and follow up the findings
Prepare audit reports
Authorized for decision of Recommendation.
Authorize to decide the level of compliance of the client based on the verified performance.
Authorize to decide to proceed with audit based on HSE conditions at site.
Accountable for any breach of HSE requirements/instruction of client or office.
Responsible for control and performance of on-site audit activities including any planning and review, and the control of other members of audit teams.
Authorized to lead Bureau Veritas Certification Audits and to take those decisions as necessary during Audits and to recommend for initial certification, maintaining certification or recertification

Development of company QHSE policy and plan
• Involved in preparing Environmental Impact Assessment report and Environmental Monitoring of various Saudi Aramco Projects such as Upgrade Fire Protection System and Drainage Facilities for WRDD, CRDD and ERDD, Upgrade Fuel Oil Loading System at Yanbu Refinery, Midyan Processing Facilities, Increase Shyabah-Abqaiq Pipeline Capacity etc. In EIA major responsibilities were site studies, Waste Management, Air Quality and Noise Pollution.
• Development of HSE plans for projects
• Conduct Training of Employees ensuring that the employees are trained on the basic EHS awareness training identified for their departmental operations.
• Establish audit requirements to ensure compliance
• Oversee or carry out Internal Audit for HSE and Quality Management Systems
• Undertake daily inspections of the work to ensure compliance with all Method Statements, Risk Assessments and the Health & Safety Plan
