• Supervising the operation of equipment within the power plant to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Leading a team of operators and technicians during assigned shifts, delegating tasks, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures.
• Identifying and resolving operational issues, conducting routine inspections, and coordinating with maintenance teams for repairs and preventive maintenance activities.
• Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and protocols, conducting safety briefings, and implementing emergency procedures when necessary to safeguard personnel and equipment.

• Coordination between subcontractors and Client/Consultant to boost the activities by resolving disputes and cutting delays.
• Preparation of as built drawings of electrical equipment installed at Power House.
• Maintenance of the plant during defects liability period (DLP).
• Rectification of punch list items of E&M equipment.
• Preparation of load sheet and predict total electricity consumed in the plant per month.
• Preparation of temperature and current sheet for all the motors installed at the plant to observe any abnormal behavior to launch rectification/maintenance.
• Planning and implementation of preventive, operational and corrective maintenance.
• Supervision of rectification work during faults.
• Preparation of as built drawings for installed electrical control circuits.
Designing and fabrication of an automated bottle filling and capping unit with intelligent use of a robotic arm for capping through DCS control system using SIEMENS S7-200 PLC.
