Fully involved in Design, Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Construction, & Commissioning for various ADNOC Group Projects as a focal person (Proposal & EPC)
•Reviewing ITT package and submitting technical clarifications.
•Giving technical inputs and providing support during commercial offer finalization to proposal department and attending bid clarification meetings with Client
•Conducting site visits to verify scope and attending bid clarification meetings with Client
•Arranging Kickoff meeting after LOA received.
•Manage the project implementation plans, schedules, budgets, resources and compliance within the approved time frames and budgets.
•Arranging all the TPI (third party) services as per scope requirements.
•Coordinating effective implementation throughout all the stages of engineering, procurement & construction
•Managing multi discipline projects in coordination with engineers from all the disciplines involved.
•Responsible for implementation of Company design standards and compliance with international standards (ASME, API, EN and BS) mainly for mechanical scope which includes piping, structure and equipment (Rotating & Static).
•Coordinating with vendors for delivery status and keeping close follow up for any critical/long lead item as per approved drawings, datasheets and procedures.
•Reviewing Method statement for construction, HSE plan and attending JSA (Job safety analysis) meetings with all other parties involved.
•Submitting weekly and monthly progress reports mentioning all commercial or technical issues along with planned, actual and forecast dates for all assigned projects to client.
•Participating Pre-inspection meeting at fabricator`s facility where applicable.
•Attending and managing equipment FAT, IFAT and SAT at vendor`s facility.
•Ensures changes to technical specifications are risk assessed, managed and appropriately captured in engineering and related documentation.
•To identify stakeholder requirements and keeping track of all changes by maintaining a log.
•Ensure Pre-commissioning and Commissioning punch list close out
•Site handover and demobilization
•Final dossier and final close-out report submission.
LNG Plant (Project value: $300 Million)
•Controlling all the piping fabrication activities in Fabrication shop and execution at site.
•Managing a team responsible for the movement of spools after fabrication till delivery to site for execution.
•Assisting in the preparation of all project reports, interface definition and management, plus liaison with Client project engineers.
•Preparing all the Manpower and Equipment deployment plans considering start and end dates for mechanical activities.
•Preparing project documents required as per documents register and submitting for Client`s approval.
•Involved in EPC of firefighting system, firewater sprinkler system and potable water system required for Admin building, Main warehouse and control room.
•Interacting with supervision, management, client, contractor, engineering, quality control and Safety departments.
•Following company`s in house standards and project handling procedures for project planning, scheduling and cost estimation.
•Arranging weekly co-ordination meeting to review and expedite progress at site.
•Handling the team for site execution activities (stringing of pipes, Fit-up welding, hydro-testing and burying of pipeline underground etc.) of 40“ DIA (2KM long) Feed gas pipeline from Jetty to main process area
•Evaluating possible sub-contractors to hire them for the activities of Holiday Detection Test, Painting, wrapping & Coating works related to Feed Gas Pipeline.
•Supporting the efficient delivery of the project within schedule, cost, and quality standards.
•Interfacing with procurement to review procurement activities.
•Ensuring that technical integrity is fully maintained and that all deviations to project standards/procedures are formally recorded and approved.
•Responsible for mechanical activities in infrastructure which includes Buildings for Administration, warehouse and control room.
To manage and supervise all the piping execution work in designed sub-area of construction site.
Give work orders for work in his site by mean of the drawings received as IFC (issued for construction)
Maintain the quality of work by implementing all the project specific quality documents.
Execute and control piping erection activities and lead the construction team for safe work execution at site to meet the production target
To arrange all the resource (Machinery, manpower and material) for smooth execution of planned activities.
Based on one month look ahead schedule issuing a list of spools requested for fabrication on weekly breakup to planning engineer to expedite spool if it is not release for erection
Interacting with supervision, management, planning, safety and quality and providing them with information as required
Clarifying design and specification issues, including processing site communication forms and non-conformance reports.
Informing Project Engineer if any additional resources required to accelerate the progress
Submitting daily and weekly reports for assigned project activities highlighting areas of concern (like technical, quality and schedule discrepancies).
Responsible for piping systems punch lists clearance, Hydro testing & Reinstatement.
Responsible for all Piping inspections and associated documentation for handover to the client.
Reviewing all the red mark-up as-built drawings for final dossier documents
Generates preliminary construction schedules and manpower histograms in coordination with execution plan.
Responsible for optimum utilization of resources available in the workshop in terms of machinery, manpower, utilities, consumables etc. for all the mechanical jobs being conducted.
Coordinating with other departments within the Company for issues relating to administration, logistics, quality, purchase and HSE.
Supervising fabricating & construction of steel structure in main process building.
Executing the erection of stationery equipment after release of civil foundation.
Submitting site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required
Involved in preparing Project WBS and level III Project schedule on Primavera Project Planner
Giving daily task to supervisors through DSTS (daily schedule task sheet)
Scrutinizing daily progress at site and shop and reporting to Lead planning Engineer
Supervising project, progress, tracking deficiencies & proposing solutions with the coordination of client
