• Liaising with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors & external agencies for determining technical specifications, approvals and obtaining statutory clearances
• Collaborating with different depts. of National Grid-SA and Saudi ARAMCO for the purpose of Base/ Detailed Design review & requirements, Comments compliance, Submittals, Method statements, Job safety analysis, meetings and so on
• Liaising with Designer/ Consultant such as, KBR, DAR-Engg., Saudi Parsons for detailed design requirement, drawings, calculations, BOQs, site visits & meetings and so on
• In charge of the day to day allocation and supervision of work including contract technical specifications.
• Documentation, weekly and monthly Reports & schedules preparation and updates.
• Update daily work progress report and submit to project manager office.
• Ensure that process of work is in accordance with the method statements & JSA and approved drawings.
• Close coordination with mechanical and electrical engineering department for M & E activities.
• Studied Structural drawings and coordinate with execution team at site for implementation.
• Performed calculations and prepared estimates of time and material costs.
• Dealing with internal and client technical queries and requests.
• Advising and liaising with project stakeholders and consultants.
• Coordination with field staff for smooth operation and achieving good quality & progress of works.
• Sub- contractor work monitoring planning & schedule new activities.
• Review of all test results for Concrete, Soil, Block works etc.
• Invoices preparation and submission to Saudi Electricity Company.
• Deal with design team to get the design and drawing on time.
• Daily inspection for reinforce concrete, pre cast installation of columns beams roof slab of 380/230 KV buildings, earth work compaction, cutting filling and asphalt work for road and Yard area.
• Look after lab testing for concrete crushing steel testing and select fill material.
• Make sure for achievement of targets weekly and monthly basis.
• Deal with contractor and client for drawings issues.
• Daily work report update and submit to project manager office.
• Kept all record of project documents daily log book, RFI’s approve IFC drawing and as built drawing.
• Close coordination with mechanical and electrical engineering department for M & E activities.
• Inspect all project material as par Saudi electricity PTS and submit to authorities for father approval.
• High light pinch list issue in meetings and follow up them till rectification.
• Ensure that process of work is in accordance with the method statements and approved drawings are followed
• Excellent in oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform consistently in a varied environment and under pressure.
• Experience in Occupational health and Safety Management systems.
• Daily distribution of workers and machinery among scheduled tasks
• Engage in direct supervision for site execution various Architectural Finishing Works ( Marble / Granite fixing, Tiling Works for floor & ceramic wall tiles , Masonry, Concreting, Plastering, Painting, False Ceiling Works, Glass work)

• Ensuring that all assigned work is completed on time and within agreed budgets.
