• Maintenance, Enhancement and Development of Insurance Management System for SALAMA insurance company, which has developed by OPTIMIZA Jordan .The System includes all Insurance Modules (Motor, Non-Motor, Medical, Reinsurance and Clams etc.), Finance, In-house developed Inventory, Purchase and Legal Module.
• Understanding the business logic and implementing to the AMAN application.
• System study & analysis, handling change requests from users and building requirement spec and flow charts.
• Coordinate development activities, bug reporting and enhancement with vendors and Coordinate testing activities, End User support and training users.
• Giving all Database backend Support and making essential changes on the appropriate backend tables as per request by using TOAD 10.2.
• Coordinated and led user interface meetings and carried out user training upon project completion.
• Frequently recognized by users and management for outstanding performance.
• Developing in house Forms & Reports for all types of Insurance line of business such as Motor, Non-Motor, Health and Reinsurance.
• Development of database triggers, packages, functions & procedures in Oracle database 11g R2.
• Making Changes in already existing forms & Reports as per request.
• Analyze business processes and business requirements for Oracle Database.
• Importing & Exporting the data to the oracle database by using TOAD.

• Installing ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) application in Server/Client side.
• Defining and generating screen formats and report designs.
• Creating all types of forms &reports and adding it in to the ERP system as per request by using oracle10g forms/report developer.
• Making Changes in already existing forms & Reports as per request.
• Giving all Database backend Support and making essential changes on the appropriate backend tables as per request by using SQL Developer.
• Managing the Biometric Machine such as making all admin setup, uploading/downloading user log files, defined and editing the users, reading the data’s from the machine and uploading to the database, transferring and deleting the user templates, importing the data from SQL server 2008 to oracle database.
• Importing the data from Excel to oracle database by using SQL Loader and Full Convert tools.
• Taking daily database backup from Oracle Server / SQL Server.
• Developing Oracle PL/SQL Functions, Packages, Procedures, Triggers, Cursor, Exception Handling, Records and SQL scripts to facilitate the functionality for various modules.
• Giving proper training to the employees about the working of new modules/forms.
