1.Understanding Business Needs:
Conducting thorough assessments of the organization's existing systems and processes. Collaborating with stakeholders. Identifying pain points, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement within the organization by creating visual representations of existing processes by using MS Visio.
 
2.System Design and Planning:
Translating business requirements into system specifications and design documents. Collaborating with IT teams and software developers to design the technical architecture and data models. Creating project plans and timelines for system development and implementation by using Microsoft Project & Microsoft Teams.
 
3.Vendor Selection and Evaluation:
 Researching and evaluating potential software or technology solutions that align with the organization's needs by using Microsoft Word or Google Docs to draft RFPs or RFIs.
 
4.System Development and Configuration:
 Working closely with developers and IT teams to build or configure the chosen system. Overseeing the development process to ensure that it meets business requirements and quality standards. Conducting system testing and quality assurance to identify and resolve issues by using jira.
 
5.Change Management:
 Developing change management strategies and plans to facilitate the adoption of the new system. Training end-users and providing support during the transition phase.

6.Documentation and Reporting:
 Creating documentation, such as user manuals, system documentation, and training materials. Generating reports to track the progress of system implementation and its impact on the organization by using MS Office.
 
7.Monitoring and Optimization:
Continuously monitoring the system's performance and identifying opportunities for improvement by using MS Power BI.
 
8.Project Management:
 Managing the entire project lifecycle, including scope, budget, and timeline. Identifying and mitigating risks associated with system development and implementation by using jira.
