• Making CESMP plan for the project.
• Environment Documents i.e., Construction Environmental Management Plan, Waste Management Plan, Emergency Evacuation Plan, etc. to ensure local Environment requirements compliance.
• Making daily, weekly, monthly reports to client.
• Daily inspection if the site regarding Environment.
• Making training to all employees regarding Environment.
• Conduct Mock drill regarding chemical, oil spill.
• Implement and conduct audit on ISO 14000 Environmental management system.
• Preparation of Environment Management Plan.
• Conduct Environment Monitoring at site.
• Provide guidance for implementation of company-wide HSE initiatives. E.g. ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.
• Inspects the site to ensure it is a hazard-free environment.
• Enforces and ensures compliance with environment guidelines.
• Support the Project Manager team in achieving compliance by site inspection and proposing recommendations to address any issues raised.
• Monitor hygiene and sanitation of the entire site (welfare facilities).
• Ensuring Environment concerns are rightly addressed by the project construction management team by representing Environment in site progress meetings.
• Waste management operation (waste generation, storage, transport, segregation, waste facility operation, final destination/ treatment, etc.);
• Ensure the adequate training related to environment of personnel operating on site.
• Implement all plans regarding Environment at site.
• Conduct aspect impact analysis at site.
• Investigate all Environment incidents, accidents, near miss events and issue prompt reports.
• Ensure that environment and sustainability requirements are effectively implemented.
