Renovation & Innovation of Nestle Nutrition (Infant milk powders formula)
Major Responsibilities are:
▪ Ensure product quality, food safety and compliance by managing Spray Drying, Evaporation, Agglomeration and technical activities for the Milk Powders Production Plant.
▪ Lead continuous improvement through Nestle Continuous Excellence (TPM & Lean approach).
▪ Coordinate with cross functional teams to optimize Total Delivered Cost by reviewing and challenging existing standards. (e.g. energy, water, materials, machines and people etc.)
▪ Ensure timely launch of new products to the market as per agreement with the business unit.
▪ Co-ordinate and participate in regular audits of Milk Powders operations.
▪ Responsible for technical Capability Development of Milk Powders Plant team.
Major Responsibilities were:
▪ Ensure Occupational Health & Safety, Product Quality, Food Safety and Asset Performance while delivering on time Shift Production.
▪ Ensure proper implementation of HACCP, QMS, and NGMP.
▪ Adopt NCE (Nestle Continuous Excellence) approach for continuous improvement and Lead LD pillar (Leadership Development pillar) and E&T pillar (Education & Training Pillar).
Major Responsibilities were:
▪ Manage shift activities to achieve production targets.
▪ Implementation of Occupational Health & Safety protocols during shift.
▪ Manage Startup and routine/ emergency shutdown activities of plant according to the SOP’s.
