Rehabilitation of Desalination Plant QPP
• Brief study of the scope of work.
• Perform the assessment of mechanical equipment as per scope of work.
• Preparing the assessment reports and share with the client.
• Raise RFQs for mechanical equipment’s as per the scope of work and assessment reports.
• Assist procurement department about technical clarification and ensure timely issuance of P.O’s.
• Coordinating with OEM about the overhauling of pumps and valves.
• Coordinating with logistic department regarding for timely delivery of shipments at site.
• Monitoring the execution of work and maintain the progress and manpower report on daily basis
Shutdown of RPP
• Brief study of the scope of work (T&I) and schedule the activities and manpower as per the scope of work.
• Ensure the availability of material, calibrated tools, and safety equipment at the site.
• Ensure that every task has valid permit to work and follow all the safety protocols as per task.
• Monitoring the maintenance of boilers and auxiliaries.
• Maintain the daily progress report and corresponding man-hours.
• Ensure the project is on schedule and within budget.
• Motivating the manpower to attain production schedules.
• Attend the meetings with clients and update them on the work progress and site issues.
Brief study of drawings and make the plan for the execution.
Motivating the manpower to attain scheduled for production.
Ensure the availability of material, calibrated tools, and safety equipment at the site.
Monitoring of daily work reports and corresponding man-hours and equipment.
Check and control piping field installation to ensure that the quality and workmanship conform to drawing specifications.
Review the client specification and drawing before commencement to any inspection.
Conduct visual inspection and dimensional checking as per isometric drawing and bill of materials prior to welding.
Installation of mechanical structure and equipment as per drawing.
Performed all relevant duties (Visual inspections, arrival, and departure) as per the scope of line maintenance.
• Responsible for carrying out maintenance on aircraft engines, airframes, APU’s and components.
• Carry out baroscopic inspections of LP and HP turbineblades.
• Carry out removal/installation of aircraft components as per approved procedures.
• Signing all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance checks that were performed.
• Coordination with head office, domestic and international stations regarding aircraft maintenance for smooth operations and
avoid any delay.
• Ensure that quality and safety equipment is correctly applied in all activities.
• Ensure that work is done efficiently andeffectively.
• Ensure after completion of work no FOD in the workarea.
• Performing duties according to organization procedure.
