Key responsibilities:
• Managing team of 10 Business Analysts and outsourced consultants in Cards and e-channels department as direct manager.
• Work closely with multiple banking departments i.e. Card operation, Card Risk, Merchant acquiring, Retail Business, Corporate & SME business and provide support to Business units in Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, KSA, Tunisia, UK, France, Indonesia
• Accountable for end-to-end project execution and delivery of cards & payment related projects.
• Review Business Requirements, design and develop solutions with vendor and in house systems.
• Conduct Functional Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Quality Assurance, Post live verifications of cards related Projects. Provide subject matter advise to senior management.
• Liaising with executive management and providing updates on cards and payments initiatives /projects

• Support Issuing and Acquiring system for Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA).
• Review user requirement document, raised ambiguities, errors, discuss issues that need clarifications.
• Responsible for documenting and packaging high level solutions with cost estimate.
• Organized technical team as well as customer and corporate management.
• Accountable for end-to-end project execution and delivery in allocated time.
• Conduct Functional Testing, User Acceptance Testing and Quality Assurance.
• Perform system monitoring by using special software to achieve PCI compliance target.
