*Provide technical expertise/ recommendations in assessing new IT software/ products; and take initiatives to support and enhance our existing (Microsoft based) systems
*Investigate and resolve application functionality related issues to provide first level support; and troubleshooting for Sage Pro ERP ACCPAC (Finance, STORE and Inventory Control) system
*Set-up of Descon’s Project Management & Control Systems at multiple project sites.
