• Communication and testing of Moeller klockner Plc. PS-306 using Sucosoft software.
• Installation, setting and troubleshooting of various Delta frequencies driver inverters VFD-B, VFD-V etc.
• Programming and troubleshooting of Hyundai n700e vector inverter.
• Control Panel designing with Relay logic & digital controllers.
• Repairing and soldering of Printed circuit board (P.C.B).
• Repair and testing of Single and three phase A.c indication motor.
• Wire Connection of star and delta motor.
• Work on Troubleshooting and maintenance of Electric Sealing machine and Packing machine.
• Detection fault in print circuit board (P.C.B) by Overlapping Trace, burnt out component, checking of I’c, Rectifier, Diode, Transistor, Variable resistor Electric Condenser, Potentiometer, Inductor Capacitor and many more electronics device.
• Calculate and design of the Circuit Breaker ampere, power voltage, load ampere, size of cable of electric panel
• Maintained stock of all control equipment and association circuit instrument for maintenances program.
• Support operation team on all maintenances related issue.

• Ensure that all installations are carried as per the drawing and specification
• Work about electrical designing.
• Design of Load calculation.
• Installation and testing of CCTV.
• Line transmissions from grids to load distribution.
• Estimate the transformer size.
• Design the Single line drawing of a system.
• Estimate battery backup of system.
• Making Engineering calculations in connection with field and office assignments.
• Making of quantity survey and load calculations for power and lighting.
• Supervise all electrical work at site as per drawing
• Co-ordinate with other disciplines in various stages to avoid any kind of delay.
• Attend meeting with project director and site engineer for look-ahead plan.
• Organize and attend site meeting with service provider regarding their performance and quality of work.

• Work on Siemens PLC, S7-200 and LOGO.

• Ladder logic Programming done on MICROWIN software and used Ladder logic instructions for programming, including interrupts, bit logic, timers and counters, move etc.
• Work with various PLC technologies and develop and update existing code for the equipment’s
