Projects:
Deployment and Integration of ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana) for monitoring the performance of globally located Agent of all the Major clients of Afiniti.
Enterprise Level Database Migration from MSSQL to MySQL for all the Afiniti Deployments in the North America, South America, Europe, Africa and Asia regions.
Implementation of Network and Server Redundancy (Geographical & High Availability) at Afiniti and Client Data Centers.
Migration from Windows to Linux Operating System (Centos, RHEL, Ubuntu) on all the Afiniti Deployments across the 4 regions
Technical Team Lead for clients Sprint and Clearlink.
Ensuring the Product development life cycle throughout the development of the product.
Monitoring the production of multiple clients on regular basis.
Providing Level 2 Support to Client on call and through Emails.
During monitoring in case and bug/major change in system observed then escalate to relevant team. Investigation of production issues through portals and database both on MS SQL and My SQL.
Engaging relevant Level 3 engineering teams in real time scenarios to fix the issue.
Formulating Root Cause Analysis Reports of the issue occurred so that all stakeholders are aware.
Conducting issue based meetings with clients and internal teams to avoid further issues
