 Carry out daily inspection of Asphalt Plant, PMB Plant and Incoming raw materials.
 Preparation of Asphalt Mix Design.
 Attends quality audits and prepares corrective action for the findings.
 Issue non-conformance report for any non-conformance materials or any activities which
is not comply with QCS 2014.
 Inspection of lab testing procedure and activities which is meet according to ASTM
standards.
 Perform regular internal calibration, equipment calibration and Maintenance and all other
aspects of quality system as and when required.
 Prepare daily production control charts and worksheets for asphalt, aggregate, bitumen,
etc.
 Performed all quality documents and ensures proper data entry onto the system.
 Monitor the daily quantity of materials for third-party & In-house sampling purposes
 Further review third-party reports for corrective action.
 Coordinating with QC Manager Concerning all the quality matters obtained during the
operation and material testing on aggregates & asphalt to be use for construction.
 Inspection of asphalt mix ingredients in accordance with the applicable ASTM,
procedures and QCS 2014 specification guidelines & as per conformity certificate Job Mix
Limits.

⌧ Monitor and updates quality records for ongoing projects and completed projects as per IMS requirements.

⌧ Coordinated with stockholders like client, consultant and third-party laboratory for timely execution of site
Activities.
