 Co-ordinate with local Tax Authority, CAA, agents, banks, government institution and my counter parts in other airlines.
 Exercise adequate control while placing ticket stock with new agent. Every document is properly checked, evaluated and confirm with the banks, Agents credibility is also checked from other sources as well as from my counter parts in other Airline.
 Exercise/monitor adequate control of expenses without sacrificing Emirates image by way of reviewing Monthly Cost Report and provide suggestion to FAM and GMP as and when required.
Working with Emirates I was designated as COMET co-ordinator and was familiarised in all modules including monthly and SBP (State Bank of Pakistan) closing for remittance of surplus funds. I also help the Islamabad, Peshawar and Lahore staff in their monthly and SBP closing.
Apart from the financial accounting, I take active interest in improving control and internal procedure of our Department. For instance I play an active role in purchasing of capital items; IT related projects, Insurance, renewal of maintenance contracts etc.
I was preparing Emirates-Pakistan Budget for 21 years, which serve as an important tool in any organisation keeping in view of future requirement, current trend, and past experience.
Being a service provider, we extend adequate and consistently high quality of customer service to internal/external customer as and when required. For instance, arrange loan for staff through Emirates Bank International -Karachi, assist staff at the time of submission of their Income Tax Return annually etc, of all Department (Sales, Marketing, and Traffic).
It is worth mentioning that I was one of the signatures in Pakistan and Sudan as well.
